By submitting content to TrafficLeads.io, you grant TrafficLeads.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works, publicly display, and publicly perform any materials and information you submit to public areas of the Site (e.g., bulletin boards, forums, and newsgroups) or via email to TrafficLeads.io.

When posting ads, tracking links, using our page builder, list manager, form creator, or other Onlinesuccess.io services, you agree that your content:
Does not contain excessive profanity.
Is not illegal or associated with pyramid, Ponzi, or scam programs.
Does not include violent content, racial intolerance, advocacy against any individual, group, or organization, pornography, adult content, drug, firearm, or cigarette promotion, gambling, betting, or casino-related content.
Does not feature obtrusive popups or popunders (lightbox popups are allowed).
Does not contain auto-download, frame-breaking, malicious, or irritating scripts that degrade user experience.
2. Use of the Site
You understand that, except for information, products, or services explicitly identified as provided by Onlinesuccess.io, Onlinesuccess.io does not control or endorse any information, products, or services on the Internet. All information, products, and services on the Site or the Internet generally are offered by third parties not affiliated with Onlinesuccess.io. Onlinesuccess.io cannot guarantee that files available for download on the Site will be free of contamination by viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code with destructive properties. Earnings, income statements, and lead generation projections provided by Onlinesuccess.io are estimates. There is no guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Examples and testimonials on the Site do not represent average results, and individual performance may vary. Prior successes or results do not guarantee future success or results. Onlinesuccess.io is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions based on information provided by Onlinesuccess.io or our products or services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement without notice at any time. Provisions in paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses, Idea, and Advertising Submissions), 2 (Use of the Site), 3 (Limitation of Liability), and 6 (Earning and Income Disclaimers) shall survive any termination of this agreement.
8. Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], applicable to agreements made and performed within [Your Jurisdiction]. Legal action or proceedings between Onlinesuccess.io and you regarding this agreement or the parties’ obligations shall be exclusively brought in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in [Your Jurisdiction]. Any cause of action must be commenced within one year after the claim arises. Onlinesuccess.io’s failure to enforce any provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision. This agreement may be assigned by Onlinesuccess.io without notice to you.
9. Affiliate terms
Users are prohibited from signing up as their own affiliate using their own referral link to earn commissions. Any attempt to engage in self-referral for commission purposes is considered a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of the user’s account and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
Additionally, to maintain the integrity of our affiliate program and prevent fraud, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Cookie stuffing: Users may not manipulate cookies or engage in any practices that artificially inflate referral statistics or commissions.
Fake referrals: Users may not create fake accounts or generate fraudulent referrals to earn commissions.
Unauthorized use of trademarks: Users may not use our trademarks, brand names, or intellectual property in a manner that could mislead or deceive potential referrals.
Commission stacking: Users may not stack multiple commissions for a single referral or engage in any activity that artificially increases commissions.
Spamming: Users may not promote their affiliate links through unsolicited email marketing (spam) or any other prohibited forms of promotion.
Any violation of these affiliate fraud rules may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account and the forfeiture of any commissions earned. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspicious or fraudulent affiliate activities to protect the integrity of our affiliate program.
